Step 1 Create the outline of the desired Shape You Want for Your Winged Eyeliner with drawing dots.

Step2 Now start to connect the top of the dots by drawing a basic outline.

Step 3 Now, try to draw the wing by connecting it from your upper lash line to the top of the line you created.

Step 4 Fill in the line first by using a light hand. It’s easier to add more than to take away.

Step 5 Use upward strokes to fill in the wing.

Step 6 Clean up your line work with a Q-tip, foundation or concealer.
